Design & Engineering
- Development of a precise 3D CAD/CAM model of the house.
- Engineering support and coordination with your architect.
High-Precision Machining
- Cutting of the "block-house" profile and "T"-shaped joints on a Schmidler CNC line (Germany).
- Factory drilling of holes for concealed wiring.
- Preparation of blind holes for tie-rod bolts.
Materials & Technology
- Select northern timber: Spruce / Pine.
- Durable "Finnish" invisible finger-joint connection.
- 2 EPDM sealing strips, pre-installed into the profile right at the factory.
Protection & Logistics
- Application of a temporary antiseptic for protection during transport.
- Special treatment of beam ends to prevent cracking.
- Secure packaging of parts in durable protective film.
